Where to study, grow and connect

The Yard Biella is the university residence created through the collaboration between QQuanti Srl, Città Studi and EDISU Piemonte, located at Via Italia 84 in Biella. It offers 19 single and double housing units, for a total of 36 beds, designed to provide university students with a modern, safe and inspiring environment in which to live their academic journey.

Each room includes a bed, wardrobe, desk, mini fridge and independent air conditioning. The shared spaces — study and coworking areas, kitchen, dining area, gym, relax room and our outdoor courtyard — are designed to encourage community life, exchange and the everyday wellbeing of those who choose to become part of the Yarder community.

Project purpose

The Yard was created to respond to a concrete need: to expand and improve the offer of student housing in Biella, increasing the attractiveness of the area for Italian and international students and supporting the right to study in synergy with local institutions.

Expected results

The residence aims to become a point of reference for university life in Biella: a place that combines housing quality, included services (high-speed Wi‑Fi, utilities, maintenance, weekly cleaning of shared spaces) and a strong connection with the local area, further enhanced through community initiatives and the creation of a solid network with Città Studi, EDISU Piemonte and local organizations.

Results achieved

On 9 July 2026, The Yard Biella was officially inaugurated in the presence of architect Simone Scovazzo, Sara Rainero (EDISU Piemonte), Ermanno Rondi and Giuseppe Di Stefano (Città Studi), Mayor Marzio Olivero and CEO Olmo Falco. The first Yarders will be welcomed into the residence starting from September/October 2026.
